Pimiento Cheese Mini-Sandwiches
- 1 (6.5- to 8-ounce) package herb-flavored soft spreadable cheese or cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 6 ounce (1 1/2 cups) slice Land O Lakes Deli American, shredded
- 1/3 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 32 Party rye cocktail bread slices
- Combine spreadable cheese and mayonnaise in bowl; stir until smooth.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except bread.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Spread 2 tablespoons over 16 bread slices.
- Top each with another bread slice.
