Sweet & Cheesy BBQ Pork Sandwiches

- shredded cooked pork shoulder
- 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- Caramelized Apples & Onions
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 qt. yellow onions, julienned
- 1 qt. apples, peeled, julienned
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 32 slices sourdough bread, thickly sliced, toasted
- 32 slices sliced white cheddar cheese
- Pork: Combine ingredients in saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat until heated through.
- Keep warm until ready to use.
- Caramelized Apples & Onions: Melt butter in saute pan on medium heat; stir in onions.
- When onions begin to wilt, add apples.
- Cook until onions begin caramelizing and apples soften.
- Stir in sugar; cook until sugar is dissolved.
- Set aside.
- For each sandwich: Place 1 bread slice on half sheet pan.
- Top with 5 oz.
- Pork, 2 Tbsp.
- Caramelized Apples & Onions and 2 cheese slices.
- Broil under salamander until cheese is melted.
- Cover with second bread slice.
