Pickled Baby Corn on the Cob

  1. In a large saucepan stir together sugar, vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, mustard, and garlic.
  2. Add corn.
  3. Bring to a full boil.
  4. Boil gently for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Tranfer corn to a moisture and vapor-proof container.
  8. Add enough of the cooking liquid to cover.
  9. Cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
