Mushroom Pate

  1. Saute onion in lemon juice (in a non-stick pan).
  2. Add mushrooms and saute 5 min.
  3. or until fairly dry.
  4. Add worchestershire and remove from heat.
  5. Add enough mayonnaise to make desired consistency.
  6. Season with s & p (or Mrs.
  7. Dash).
  8. Mound on serving platter or put in small crock.
  9. Chill well until time to serve.
  10. Serve with crackers.
