Thailand Rice
- 2 cup Rice
- 2 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 2 White Onions
- 1/2 lb Ham
- 1 bunch Scallion
- bunch cilantro
- 2 Yellow Plantains
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 slice Ginger
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 1 Salt
- Cook the rice with half coconut milk and half water.
- Fry yellow plantains.
- Make some Chinese omelette with eggs and flour as you can.
- (Use a wok) Add Sesame oil, when steaming add the cloves of garlic and the ginger.
- Fry it for a minute.
- After that take garlic and ginger out.
- Add 3 cup of cooked rice.
- Mix and fry it 4 minutes
- Add some soy sauce, ham, some yellow plantain (all vegetables, ham and plantains must be cut as cube)
- Add all vegetables (except cilantro and scallion) (cut onions in smaller cube), cut and add omelettes, add some oyster sauce.
- Mix it.
- Add soy and more oyster sauce as you taste.
- Sauces bring color, salt and some Asiatic taste.
- Remember to add an mix cilantro and scallion when you turn off fire.
- Optional: I like to add some cashew seeds to decorate it and give a special and crunchy taste.
