Chocolate Granola (Grain Free With Oatmeal Option)

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients; combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing really well to coat.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the granola evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring half way through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool; store in an airtight container.
  7. NOTE: You can sub up to 1-1/2 cups of oats for any of the nuts or seeds.
  8. That makes it not grain free then.
