Breakfast Pizza Recipe
- 1 pkg. Jiffy pizza crust mix
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 c. frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Brown sausage; drain.
- Cold.
- Prepare crust as directed on package.
- Spoon cooled sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese.
- Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper together.
- Pour over potatoes and cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 min in preheated 375 degree oven.
- Slice and serve hot.
- NOTE: May substitute diced ham or possibly crumbled bacon for the sausage or possibly may use all three; ham, bacon and sausage.
- May also add in diced mushrooms.
