Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cake
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, divided
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare cake batter adding dry pudding mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, hot water and vanilla in medium bowl.
- Beat with mixer until well blended.
- Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake 1-1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool 10 min.
- on wire rack.
- Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim.
- Cool completely.
