Fish Tacos

  1. In a food processor add all of the sauce ingredients and process until well blended and set aside.
  2. Combine all of the rub ingredients.
  3. Heat a medium sauce pan with olive oil over medium heat; rub the tilapia with the rub mixture on both sides.
  4. Cook each filet on each side for about 3 minutes and then use your spatula to crumble the filets.
  5. Cook for an additional minute.
  6. Heat the flour tortillas and add some sauce, cabbage mixture, and then the fish.
  7. Serve with chips and salsa
