Fish Tacos
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Lime Zest
- 13 cups Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic
- 1/2 whole Lime Squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 dashes Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 5 whole Flour Tortillas
- 3 whole Tilapia Filets
- 1 cup Cabbage, Broccoli, Carrots, And Cauliflower Mix
- In a food processor add all of the sauce ingredients and process until well blended and set aside.
- Combine all of the rub ingredients.
- Heat a medium sauce pan with olive oil over medium heat; rub the tilapia with the rub mixture on both sides.
- Cook each filet on each side for about 3 minutes and then use your spatula to crumble the filets.
- Cook for an additional minute.
- Heat the flour tortillas and add some sauce, cabbage mixture, and then the fish.
- Serve with chips and salsa
