Bulgur and Sweet-Pepper Salad

  1. Bring the stock to a boil.
  2. Add the bulgur and garlic.
  3. Cover and remove from the heat.
  4. Let stand 20 minutes or until the liquid has been absorbed.
  5. Fluff with a fork and place in a large bowl.
  6. Add the tomatoes and peppers.
  7. Toss to combine.
  8. In a cup whisk together the vinegar, oil, thyme and chives.
  9. Pour over bulgur and toss to combine.
