Pork Chops with Beer, Apples & Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water on medium-high heat 15 to 20 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add onions; cook 10 min.
  6. or until softened, stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in apples, beer and sugar; simmer on medium-low heat 4 to 5 min.
  8. or until beer is cooked off.
  9. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  10. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  11. oil in same skillet on medium-high heat.
  12. Add 3 chops; cook 3 min.
  13. on each side or until done (160 degrees F); brush with 1 Tbsp.
  14. of the remaining dressing.
  15. Transfer to separate plate; cover to keep warm.
  16. Repeat with remaining oil, chops and dressing.
  17. Drain potatoes; return to saucepan.
  18. Add cream cheese product, milk and chives; mash until potatoes are smooth.
  19. Serve with chops and apple mixture.
