Pulled Pork Chili
- 1- 1/2 cup Broth (chicken Or Beef)
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pinto Beans
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 2 cups Pulled Pork
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream For Garnish
- In a stew pot, combine broth, tomatoes with juice, beans, and spices.
- Over medium heat, bring to boil.
- (Note: I use pinto beans, but you could use black beans, kidney beans, or even navy beans.)
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute onions and brown the pulled pork.
- When browned, add to the pot.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer about 20 minutes, to allow flavors to marry.
- Serve with saltine crackers, or Frito corn chips, with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top of each bowl.
- Delicious!
