Pulled Pork Chili

  1. In a stew pot, combine broth, tomatoes with juice, beans, and spices.
  2. Over medium heat, bring to boil.
  3. (Note: I use pinto beans, but you could use black beans, kidney beans, or even navy beans.)
  4. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute onions and brown the pulled pork.
  5. When browned, add to the pot.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 20 minutes, to allow flavors to marry.
  7. Serve with saltine crackers, or Frito corn chips, with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top of each bowl.
  8. Delicious!
