Vietnamese beef noodle soup

  1. soften rice noodle and set aside in servibg bowl
  2. marinate beef with corn starch and fish sauce set aside
  3. deep fried all spices until golden brown, add water bring to boil
  4. add chicken stock powder and fish sauce to taste
  5. boil bean sprout in soup for 30 seconds
  6. boil marinated beef with soup
  7. pour beef soup to rice noodle, add bean sprouts, coriander, small chili and fresh lime to serve
