Vietnamese beef noodle soup
- 1 star anise
- 1 clove
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp coriander seed
- 1 cardamom
- 5 small chilli
- 3 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 6 cup water
- 3 tsp cooking oil
- 3 packages flat rice noodle
- 100 grams beef
- 5 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 bunch coriander
- 2 fresh lime
- 1 small chili
- 1 packages bean sprouts
- soften rice noodle and set aside in servibg bowl
- marinate beef with corn starch and fish sauce set aside
- deep fried all spices until golden brown, add water bring to boil
- add chicken stock powder and fish sauce to taste
- boil bean sprout in soup for 30 seconds
- boil marinated beef with soup
- pour beef soup to rice noodle, add bean sprouts, coriander, small chili and fresh lime to serve
