Tangy Raspberry-Turkey Sandwich
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 24 each focaccia bread (3 inch squares), split
- 24 each lettuce leaves
- - shaved turkey breast
- 48 each red onions, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- Mix mustard, honey and jam until well blended.
- Spread onto cut sides of bread.
- For each serving: Fill 2 bread halves with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 oz.
- turkey and 2 onion rings.
