Chicken & Broccoli Pasta Recipe
- 1 pound pasta (multi-colored)
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1 sm. can pineapple slices
- 1 sm. can pineapple chunks
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 3 tbsp. oil
- Seasonings
- Cut chicken breasts into chunks and marinate in wine and 1/4 c. salad dressing for 1/2 hour.
- Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and fry till browned in 1/4 c. of liquid from marinade and 3 Tbsp.
- oil.
- Cook pasta according to directions on box.
- Chop broccoli and onion into small pcs.
- In large bowl mix pasta, broccoli, onion, salad dressing, chicken and pineapple chunks.
- Season with salt, pepper, parsley, dill and celery salt to taste.
- Arrange in casserole bowl with pineapple slices placed on top.
- Serve cool.
- Preparation time: 45 min.
- Serves: 4 as main course.
