Easy French Toast in a Mug

• 1 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1 white bread slice, cubed

1. Microwave cream cheese in microwaveable 10-oz.
2. mug on HIGH 10 to 15 sec.
3. or just until softened.
4. Whisk egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon until blended.
5. Gradually add to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition.
6. Add bread; press into cream cheese mixture with back of spoon until evenly moistened.
7. Let stand 5 min.
8. Microwave 1-1/2 min.
9. or until center is set.
10. If necessary, microwave an additional 30 sec., checking for doneness every 15 sec.
