It's a Spicy-A Meatball
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 13 lb chorizo sausage
- 14 cup green onion, diced
- 14 cup cilantro, chopped
- 14 cup jalapeno pepper, diced (with seeds it's spicier)
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon garlic clove, chopped
- 12 tablespoon salt
- 12 tablespoon habanero pepper (Tabasco brand sauce)
- 12 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 14 cup progresso brand Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- line cookie sheet with tin foil.
- spray non-stick cooking spray on tin foiled sheet.
- create meat balls and place evenly on cooking sheet.
- cover loosly with foil.
- place in oven and cook 10 minutes.
- remove cooking sheet and turn over each meatball.
- replace foil on top and continue to cook another 10 minutes.
- remove top foil covering meatballs and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve.
- tip: remove foil and toss for easy clean up.
