Alfredo chicken pasta bake
- 1 box mostacholi pasta
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 2 can Alfredo sauce ( I use one roasted garlic and one 3 cheese Italian blend)
- 6 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 dash basil
- 1 Italian dressing
- Put chicken breasts in a large freezer bag and fill with Italian dressing.
- Let that sit in the fridge for an hour or so.
- Microwave chicken breasts to about 70% done, then dice into small chunks
- Cook pasta
- Mix everything in a large bowl except half of the cheese, then place in a large baking dish.
- Bake for about 45 minutes at 350.
- Top with the rest of the cheese until it melts.
- Enjoy!
