Taco Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and diced onions
  3. Squeeze BBQ sauce into cooked meat.
  4. I do once around the pan
  5. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
  6. Place one egg roll wrapper in each muffin slot.
  7. You can leave whole or fold in half
  8. Spoon beef evenly into each cup
  9. Put about a teaspoon of taco sauce on top of each
  10. Sprinkle on as much cheddar cheese as desired
  11. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
  12. Makes 12 taco cups
