Taco Cups
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1 as needed Shredded sharp cheddar
- 12 Egg roll wrappers
- 1 as needed BBQ sauce
- 1 as needed Medium taco sauce
- 1 as needed Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and diced onions
- Squeeze BBQ sauce into cooked meat.
- I do once around the pan
- Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
- Place one egg roll wrapper in each muffin slot.
- You can leave whole or fold in half
- Spoon beef evenly into each cup
- Put about a teaspoon of taco sauce on top of each
- Sprinkle on as much cheddar cheese as desired
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
- Makes 12 taco cups
