Peppermint Egg Nog Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp peppermint extract
• a healthy pinch of nutmeg

1. Combine ingredients till egg yolks are not floating and are well mixed in.
