Rosemary Scented Morels

  1. Heat the broiler.
  2. Line a broiling pan with aluminum foil and lay the rosemary on top.
  3. Thread the mushrooms onto six skewers.
  4. Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper.
  5. Dot mushrooms with dabs of butter.
  6. Broil about 2 minutes on each side - just long enough to cook the morels through.
  7. Discard the rosemary and roll each skewer in the butter.
  8. Serve immediately.
