New Orleans Banana Foster Dessert

  1. PPeel and cut bananas lengthwise and in half.
  2. Melt butter, sugar, and corn syrup, in skillet on medium heat; bring to boil for about 1 minute.
  3. Add rum and liquor and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Add bananas and cinnamon and cook 2 more minutes.
  5. Place ice cream into bowls and top with bananas and sauce.
  6. Sprinkle some cinnamon onto ice cream and serve 2 cinnamon sticks with each bowl as garnish.
