Easy Chicken & Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 broiler fryer, cut up or possibly mixed chicken parts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. uncooked reg. rice
- Put rice in a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish.
- Mix celery and mushroom soup with lowfat milk.
- Pour over rice and sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
- Place chicken parts over top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Remove foil for the last 15 min and let chicken pcs brown.
- Serves 6.
