Easy Chicken & Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Put rice in a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish.
  2. Mix celery and mushroom soup with lowfat milk.
  3. Pour over rice and sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
  4. Place chicken parts over top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
  6. Remove foil for the last 15 min and let chicken pcs brown.
  7. Serves 6.
