Cinnamon Granola

  1. Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients; spread into single layer on parchment paper- or foil-covered baking sheet.
  3. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
  4. Spread mixture onto a clean sheet of parchment paper or foil.
  5. Cool.
  6. Transfer to large bowl; toss with cranberries and currants.
