Cinnamon Granola
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 1/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried currants
- Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Combine first 8 ingredients; spread into single layer on parchment paper- or foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
- Spread mixture onto a clean sheet of parchment paper or foil.
- Cool.
- Transfer to large bowl; toss with cranberries and currants.
