Kim Chee
- 12 head napa cabbage, 1/4 inch slice
- 1 sweet red onion, 1/8 inch sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, slice
- 5 ounces carrots, shredded
- 2 jalapeno peppers, 1/8 inch sliced
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce, Mae Ploy brand
- 18 cup rice vinegar, Marukan brand
- In a large mixing bowl add in the cabbage and brake up the cabbage into sliced.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and combine the mixture.
- Let stand for 30 minutes and pour into a 1 quart plastic container and cover with lip and into the refrigerator.
- This is best in the refrigerator for a week before use.
