Greek Sesame Bread

  1. Mix together the flour, milk, oil, salt, herbs and yeast.
  2. Let the dough rise to double the size (about 30 minutes).
  3. Fold the dough in half, twist the dough and place in a bread pan.
  4. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
  5. Gently brush the dough with egg white and scatter the sesame seeds atop the bread.
  6. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in a 420F preheated oven.
