Broccoli and Sausage with Shells

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add sausage and garlic and cook until sausage is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in pepper flakes and broccoli florets.
  4. Pour in chicken stock, bring to a simmer and cover.
  5. Cook until broccoli is barely tender-- about 1 minute.
  6. Remove lid and stir in cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve warm and garnish with toasted bread cubes and grated parmesan.
