Ambrosia Recipe
- 3 can chunky fruit cocktail - (15 ounce ea) liquid removed
- 1 can mandarin oranges - (11 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 2 x bananas thinly sliced
- 2/3 c. Nestle Carnation Evaporated Lowfat milk
- 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
- Combine fruit cocktail, oranges, marshmallows, coconut, bananas and evaporated lowfat milk in large bowl.
- Chill for 30 min.
- Stir in strawberries before serving.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
