Tator Tot Hotdish
- 1 pound Ground Beef Or Ground Turkey
- 1 whole Large Onion, Diced
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 bag (32oz) Frozen Tator-Tots
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Veg-All Or Canned Mixed Vegetables
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Potato Soup
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery OR Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- Salt And Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground meat with diced onion.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- Be sure NOT to skip this step.
- Your meat needs some flavor.
- As meat browns, line the bottom and sides of your cooking vessel with most of the tator-tots.
- Ive made this in a large oven safe bowl, 9x13 pan and a 4 quart square bowl.
- Pack them in tight, reserve 10-15 for the top of the hot dish.
- Once meat is brown, add entire can of Veg-All, soups, plus 1 can full of water.
- Mix, add salt and pepper here too.
- Stir to combine and then pour this into the lined pan.
- Top with the remaining tator-tots.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
- Serve with garlic bread to mop up all the deliciousness!
