Baked Tilapia with Garlic Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Unsalted
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 3 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
- 4 Tilapia Fillets
- 1 Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 F 2.
- In a saucepan combine all ingredients minus the tilapia and green onions.
- Heat on low until butter is simmering.
- Remove from heat.
- 3.
- Brush some of the butter mixture on the bottom of a baking dish (dish should be big enough to fit all of the fish fillets in a single layer).
- 4.
- Place tilapia fillets into the dish.
- 5.
- Brush top of tilapia fillets with butter mixture and sprinkle green onion on top.
- 6.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- 7.
- Broil for 3 more minutes for crispness (optional).
- 8.
- Enjoy!
