South Of The Border Pasta Salad Recipe
- 16 ounce. pkg. salad pasta, cooked
- 1 c. lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. lowfat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 pkg. uncooked frzn corn
- 1/4 c. green and red bell pepper
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 2 minced green onions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- To save time, frzn corn comes with bell peppers and onions and does well in this recipe.
- This salad is even better the next day.
