Cinnamon Rolls for the Breadmaker

  1. In bread machine combine yeast, water and 1 teaspoon sugar and wait until foaming.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and set to dough cycle.
  3. When cycle is done punch down dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine ingredients for filling in a small bowl and spread over dough.
  5. Roll up and pinch edge together to seal.
  6. Cut into 9 slices.
  7. Butter a 13x9 pan and place cinnamon roll slices close together in pan.
  8. Let rise in a warm place until dough is doubled in bulk i.e.
  9. for about 20 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 350F.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
  12. Cool.
  13. To make icing combine all ingredients and mix with a whisk until smooth.
  14. Pour icing over rolls.
