Fresh Figs n' Cream Filling
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 12 cups fresh figs, finely minced
- 34 cup refrigerated thick labneh or 34 cup sour cream
- 34 cup cream
- honey
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
- Warm butter in a non-stick frying pan.
- Add figs.
- Saute on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame.
- Set aside to cool.
- Combine labneh and minced figs.
- Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture.
- Fold the crepe into a fan shape.
- Repeat the procedure with all the crepes.
- Combine the cream with honey to taste in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Top each folded crepe with a tbsp.
- of cream.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over it.
- Enjoy your dessert!
