No-Fuss Tex-Mex Roll-Ups

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Stir in peppers and chili powder; cook 5 min.
  4. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese.
  7. Spoon about 1/3 cup meat mixture down centre of each tortilla; roll up.
  8. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch pan.
  9. Drizzle with dressing; top with salsa and remaining cheese.
  10. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted.
