Barbecued Chilli and Cheese Mushrooms

• 20 large mushrooms
• 6 preserved green chilies
• 1 cup grated tasty cheese
• salt (optional)

1. Chop chillies finely and sprinkle a little on each mushroom.
2. Sprinkle cheese on top just enough to cover mushroom.
3. Sprinkle a little salt if desired.
4. Place on the barbie until tender and cheese is melted.
5. Can also be place in a moderate oven until cooked.
