Chinese Pork and Peppers (????)
- 200 grams pork thinly sliced (aa )
- 400 grams sweet red bell peppers thinly sliced (aa )
- 100 grams banana peppers thinly sliced (aa )
- 1 tablespoon ginger thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 2 tablespoons cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 x salt to taste

- (Mix well soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch in a medium bowl, stir in the sliced pork, marinate for half an hour).

- (Meanwhile thinly sliced red bell peppers, banana peppers and ginger).

- (Heat oil in a large non-skillet over medium high heat, add ginger slices and cook for 2 minutes).
