Chorizo and Kale Soup

  1. Melt the butter in a large stockpot.
  2. Add the onions and chorizo and saute until the chorizo is browned and the onions are tranlucent.
  3. Deglaze the pot with the wine and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add both stocks and return to a simmer.
  5. Add the chopped kale and simmer for 20 minutes.
