Spaghetti W/ Fresh Tomato Sauce W/ Capers & Fresh Mozzarella

  1. Cook the pasta according to directions, and then drain.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, mix all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Toss with the hot pasta and serve, topped with a sprinkling of Parmesan!
