Taco Loco Dip

• 1 cup light sour cream
• 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
• 1 tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
• 1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
• 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Old Cheddar Cheese, divided
• 1/3 cup chopped black olives
• 48 Triscuit Thin Crisps Original Crackers

1. Mix sour cream and seasoning mix in medium bowl.
2. Add tomatoes, lettuce and 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese; mix lightly.
3. Spoon into shallow serving dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
4. Sprinkle with olives.
