Pina Colada Frozen Yogurt
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup chopped organic pineapple
- 1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- Before assembly: Chill yogurt and pineapple in separate bowls in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together, yogurt, pineapple, coconut and agave in a large bowl.
- Add to ice cream maker (I use the Cuisinart which makes 1-1/2 quarts of ice cream).
- Process for 20 minutes.
- Serve.
