Short Ribs With Sweet & Sour Sauce Recipe
- 3-4 lbs. short ribs
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- Season short ribs with salt and pepper; bake in 400 degree oven till done.
- Mix the last 8 ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 min.
- Dip cooked ribs in sauce and return to oven for 5 min.
- Note: The remaining sauce can be refrigerated for later use.
