Lemon Cooler Parfaits

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in ginger ale.
  2. Chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Reserve 1/3 cup thickend gelatin.
  4. Mix fruit into remaining thickened gelatin; spoon into 4 (8-ounce) parfait glasses.
  5. Beat reserved gelatin and yogurt with electric mixer until foamy; spoon over fruit layer.
  6. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
