Aunt Elenore's Bailey's Irish Cream Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. To make the cake :.
  3. Prepare a jelly roll pan (about 15" x 10" x1").
  4. Mix cake mix with eggs, Irish Cream and oil.
  5. Set aside 1/2 cup of prepared cake batter for green swirl.
  6. Pour cake batter into prepared pan.
  7. To make the swirl:.
  8. In a small bowl, blend all swirl ingredients
  9. (reserved batter,frosting,white chips,green color and 1/4 cup Baileys)
  10. Drop large spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter.
  11. Swirl with a fork to make a marble effect.
  12. Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
  13. Cool and cut into squares.
