Chocolate Icebox Pie

  1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended and smooth.
  2. Slowly beat in chocolate syrup and beat until smooth.
  3. Whip cream until stiff and carefully fold into chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Cover and freeze until firm.
  6. Serve garnished with chocolate curls or chopped chocolate.
