Cerelac-Marrow-Veggie mash

  1. first clean bones well.
  2. Put in a pressure cooker with 3-4 cups of water.
  3. add salt, and vegetables
  4. after cooking remove bones, scoop out marrow, add bran/wheat mash (CERELAC)
  5. mix/mash well, cool.
