Nutty Sweet Potato Casserole
- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 large potatoes)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 14 cup milk
- 14 cup melted butter
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup flour
- 14 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Combine mashed sweet potatoes, eggs milk and butter.
- Spread in a buttered casserole.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly on potatoes.
- Bake covered at 350 for an hour or until thoroughly heated.
- Topping will brown and become crunchy.
