Spicy Crab and Shrimp Dip

  1. Rinse and pull the tails off of the shrimp, cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in non-stick pan.
  3. Saute shrimp, season all and red pepper flakes, about 1 minute.
  4. Let Cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese, onions, jalapeno and vinegar thoughly combined.
  6. Add shrimp and crab being careful not to break up crab too much.
  7. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
