Aussie Meat Pie - Potato-Topped Mince Pie

  1. Combine mince steak with shallots, soy sauce, mustard, egg, tomato sauce, chutney, curry powder, milk, and 3/4 cup (175 ml) of potato flakes.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Press firmly into 7 inch pie plate.
  4. Cook on high 10 minutes in microwave.
  5. Combine remaining dried ingredients.
  6. Spread over mince mixture, reheat on High for 2 to 4 minutes.
