Easy! Tasty! Basic Meat Sauce
- 200 grams Ground beef
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 can Canned whole tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 cube Soup stock cubes
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- Mince the carrot, onion, garlic.
- I make it with a food processor to save time.
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Add minced carrot, onion and garlic.
- Add the ground beef and stir.
- After meat is cooked, add the ingredients marked and stir frequently.
- Otherwise the sauce may splatter.
- Serve the sauce generously over the boiled pasta.
- It's best to eat it immediately, but you can freeze it up to a month and enjoy later.
- You can also use the sauce to make amazing toast the next morning!
- Put the sauce and sliced cheese on bread and toast.
