Pork Tenderloin With Onion Apple Cream Recipe

• 1 whole pork tenderloin (about 12 ounce.)
• Sherry baste (below)
• 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
• 1 sm. Golden brown Delicious apple, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp. butter
• Parsley sprigs

1. Baste a small whole pork tenderloin with sherry flavored cream as it roast.
2. The same basting sauce flavors slow-cooked apples and onions.
3. Serve green beans and hot, soft rolls alongisde.
